Dulhan (TV Series)
''Dulhan'' () is a Pakistani drama serial telecast on Hum TV from 28 September 2020 from 29 March 2021. Produced by Momina Duraid of MD Productions, it stars Sami Khan, Sumbul Iqbal, Faizan Khawaja and Mashal Khan in lead roles. The drama serial aired a weekly episode on Mondays at 8pm. Plot Amal is a young, beautiful student who works as salesgirl in a boutique. She lives with her father, her stepmother and her step-siblings. Her father loves her while her step-mother is just in greed of her job and her salary. She doesn't want Amal to marry and takes the same promise from her. One instance, she happens to meet Mikaal a rich, handsome student at her university when he draws her portrait. Later he informs her about his romantic feelings towards her but she rejects his offer of friendship and as a result he proposes to her. ''Sammi''(in Punjabi سمی ) is a Pakistani television drama serial about social causes that airs on Hum TV from 28 January 2017. It is written by Noor ul Huda Shah and directed by Saife Hassan. Set in rural Rahim Yar Khan, the series centers social issues on the rural society revolving around the concept of '' Vanni'' and shows moral lessons against common issues such as gender discrimination. Depicting the Vanni concept, storyline revolves around the journey of Sammi, a young girl who was sold off by her family to the Chaudhry family where her brother had killed her fiancé. Simultaneously it revolves around reality based issues with different characters within the same plot. It was nominated for Best Drama Serial at the 6th Hum Awards. Waqar Ali (Urdu: وقار علی) is a Pakistani musician and singer working mostly in Pakistan. Ali has produced many albums and singles for the Pakistan film industry. His father is the classical singer Shafqat Hussein, and Waqar Ali often works with his elder brother Sajjad Ali. Ali composed the 1998 film Aik Aur Love Story and is the composer of the 2007 Pakistani TV drama series Sill. Zeb Bangash
Zebunisa Bangash (born 7 March 1982), better known as Zeb Bangash, is a Pakistani singer-songwriter from Lahore, Punjab. Her family originally comes from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Apart from her solo career, she was the member of music group Zeb and Haniya along with Haniya Aslam who is her first cousin. She has been active since 2008 and is the first Pakistani artist who served as a music director of Bollywood movie Lipstick Under My Burkha, which received 18 film awards.
