For governance purposes, the entire parish is part of the town of the Municipal District of St. Stephen, which is a member of the Southwest New Brunswick Service Commission. Prior to the 2023 governance reform, it comprised a single local service district (LSD), which was a member of the Southwest New Brunswick Service Commission (SNBSC). The Census subdivision of the same name shares the parish's boundaries.
