Criuleni District
Criuleni () is a district ( ro, raion) in the central part of Moldova, with the administrative center at Criuleni. As of January 1, 2011, its population was 73,100. Toponimics The history of love of two young Criu and Lenuța - from neighboring towns, and whose parents forbade them to marry, had a tragic end. Finding no other solution, they were thrown into the river Nistru. In there came two young parents and relatives, and he wept, understanding the tragedy they have committed. Some time passed parents and relatives living on the Nistru river, wanting to be closer to loved ones and the city have called Crio-Lean. Over several years the name was changed in Criuleni. Eastern European Summer Time (EEST) is one of the names of the UTC+03:00 time zone, which is 3 hours ahead of Coordinated Universal Time. It is used as a summer daylight saving time in some European and Middle Eastern countries, which makes it the same as Arabia Standard Time, East Africa Time, and Moscow Time. During the winter periods, Eastern European Time ( UTC+02:00) is used. Since 1996, European Summer Time has been applied from the last Sunday in March to the last Sunday in October. Greater Moldova Party
The Greater Moldova Party ( ro, Partidul Moldova Mare), known before 2020 as the "For the Nation and Country Party" (), is a political party in Moldova. History The party was formed on 5 May 2007 in Ratuș, Criuleni; Tudor Deliu was elected as the president of the party. It was registered at the Ministry of Justice on 17 July 2007. Between this day and 21 January 2009, the official name of the party was Mișcarea social-politică "Pentru Neam și Țară". Teodor Turta is the current president of the party. In 2020, it was renamed from the "For the Nation and Country Party" to the "Greater Moldova Party". The party won 0.28% of the votes at the 2010 parliamentary election, dropping to 0.11% in 2014.
