Drummond North is a locality in the Shire of Hepburn, Victoria, Australia. The locality is mainly a wine-growing and livestock region. Back Creek, a tributary of the Coliban River, runs through the locality, creating a 30-degree hill. The electoral district of Macedon is an electoral district of the Victorian Legislative Assembly. It was created in 2002, replacing the abolished electorate of Gisborne. Taradale, Victoria
Taradale is a small town in Victoria, Australia. It is located beside the Calder Highway between Melbourne and Bendigo. Its local government area is the Shire of Mount Alexander. At the , Taradale had a population of 448. The town is also located on the Melbourne to Bendigo railway line, although the station was closed in 1976. The Taradale Viaduct, designed by William Bryson, carries the railway 36 metres above Back Creek, and was built between 1858 and 1862. Taradale has now been bypassed by the Calder Freeway. Facilities in town include a petrol station/general store/post office and a cafe. There is also a primary school, public hall and CFA fire station plus a riverside park, picnic area, mineral springs and playground. Malmsbury is a town in central Victoria, Australia on the Old Calder Highway (C794), 95 km north-west of the state capital, Melbourne and 11 km north-west of Kyneton. The Shire of Hepburn is a local government area in Victoria, Australia, located in the central part of the state. It covers an area of and, in the 2021 Census the shire had a population of 16,604. It includes the towns of Clunes, Creswick, Daylesford, Hepburn Springs and Trentham and the villages of Glenlyon, Allendale, Kingston, Leonard's Hill, Lyonville, Newlyn, Denver and Smeaton.
