''Drishya 2'' is a 2021 Indian Kannada-language crime thriller film directed by P. Vasu and produced by Zee Studios and Mukesh R Mehta, Seetharam GVS, CV Sarathi Under E4 Entertainment. The film stars Ravichandran, Navya Nair, Swaroopini, Prabhu, and Asha Sharath. It is a remake of the 2021 Malayalam film ''Drishyam 2'', and a sequel to ''Drishya''. The film released to positive reviews and was a decent hit at the box office. It was one of the successful movies of 2021. Unlike the original which released VOD on Amazon Prime Video, the film saw a theatrical release and was regarded as one of the important movies which attracted the family audiences to theatres. S. Shivaram (28 January 1938 – 4 December 2021), popularly known simply as Shivaram or Shivaramanna, was an Indian actor, producer and director whose Kannada cinema career has spanned six decades. The term Lāsya , in the context of Hindu mythology, describes the dance performed by the goddess Parvati as it expresses happiness and is filled with grace and beauty. She is believed to have danced the Lāsya in response to the male energy of the cosmic dance of Tandava performed by Lord Shiva. In a literal sense, Lāsya means beauty, happiness, enchanting, and grace.
