''Dreaming in Black and White'' is the third studio album by American Rock music, rock band Trust Company (band), Trust Company. It was released on March 8, 2011, by MNRK Music Group, Entertainment One Music. The album's lead single, "Heart in My Hands", gained significant radio support and the music video was released on December 15, 2010, via the online music video service Vevo. In 2008, Trust Company released two tracks via Myspace entitled "Stumbling" and "Waking Up". These tracks were re-recorded for the final album and have had subtle changes added to them. Trust Company (also typeset as TRUSTcompany and TRUST*CO) is an American alternative metal band from Prattville, Alabama, Prattville, Alabama, United States. Formed in 1997 by lead vocalist Kevin Palmer and drummer Jason Singleton. Trust Company has sold over 1 million albums worldwide. History Formation and ''The Lonely Position of Neutral'' (1997–2002) Formed in 1997, Trust Company came together through singing, vocalist/guitarist Kevin Palmer and drummer Jason Singleton. Originally called 41Down, the band then recruited bassist Josh Moates and guitarist James Fukai. Nu metal (sometimes stylized as nü-metal, sometimes called aggro-metal) is a subgenre of that combines elements of heavy metal music with elements of other music genres such as hip hop, alternative rock, funk, industrial, and grunge. MNRK Music Group (pronounced "monarch", formerly known as Koch Records and eOne Music) is a New York City-based independent record label and music management company. ''True Parallels'' is the second studio album by American rock band Trust Company. Originally to be released in 2004, the release date was pushed back to March 21, 2005, internationally and on March 22, 2005, in the United States. Despite little promotion from their label, the album entered the ''Billboard'' album charts at number 32 and has gone on to sell in excess of 200,000 copies. Background Trust Company was originally scheduled to play at Ozzfest 2003, but canceled to focus on finishing ''True Parallels''. Several months prior to the album's release, original bassist Josh Moates left the group and was replaced by Walker Warren. "Stronger" was released in February 2005 as the album's single.
