Monroe Jackson Rathbone V (born December 14, 1984) is an American actor, singer, and musician best known for his role as Jasper Hale in ''The Twilight Saga'' film series. Andrea Londo (born November 7, 1992) is a Mexican-American actress. She is known for portraying Maria Salazar in ''Narcos'' Season 3. Career Londo was born in San Diego and was going to school there, but her home was in Tijuana - she commuted across border. Londo has no formal training as an actress.
