Released posthumously on July 18, 1995 by EMI Latin and EMI Records, it was an immediate commercial and critical success, debuting atop the United States ''Billboard'' 200—the first predominately Spanish-language album to do so. ''Confessions'' is the sixth studio album by the American hard rock band Buckcherry. The album was released on February 19, 2013. It is the last Buckcherry album to feature the '' 15''-era lineup, as bassist Jimmy Ashhurst departed the group later in 2013. Cigarettes After Sex is an American dream pop band formed in El Paso, Texas, in 2008 by Greg Gonzalez. The band is known for their ethereal, limerent and often dream-like musical style, lyrics often based on the themes of romance and love, as well as Gonzalez's voice, which has been described as "androgynous". While marketed as an ambient pop band, Cigarettes After Sex are also considered to be shoegaze, slowcore and indie rock.
