"Dream On" is a song by the English rock band Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds, written by frontman Noel Gallagher from his self-titled debut album ''Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds (album), Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds''. The single was released on 11 March 2012. The B-side – "Shoot a Hole into the Sun" – is a remix of "If I Had a Gun..." from Noel Gallagher's cancelled collaboration with the Amorphous Androgynous, and as with the other B-sides from the album's singles, it was mixed by Paul Stacey, Paul "Strangeboy" Stacey. Music video Starring Zoë Bell, Troy Mittleider and Omar Doom. Directed and produced by Mike Bruce, with producers Blake West and Camille LaBry of United Film House. Production design by Christian Zollenkopf. The video sees Gallagher acting as the referee of a boxing match. Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds
Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds are an English rock band formed in 2010 as the solo moniker of former Oasis songwriter, lead guitarist, and backing vocalist Noel Gallagher. The touring band consists of former Oasis members Gem Archer (guitar), Mike Rowe (piano), and Chris Sharrock (drums), as well as former Zutons member Russell Pritchard (bass). The band has also had a variety of guests contribute to albums such as the Crouch End Festival Chorus, Amorphous Androgynous, Johnny Marr, and Paul Weller. Since his departure from Oasis in August 2009, many speculated that Gallagher might record a solo album. In July 2011, he held a press conference to confirm this, after denying rumours from his brother Liam had already heard the tracks featured on it. Brian Dougans (born 1968) is a British musician, and a member of the British electronic duo, the Future Sound of London (FSOL). He is the more technical member of FSOL, doing most of the programming, circuit bending et cetera and creating electronic instruments at his home studio in Glastonbury, Somerset. He is currently head of FSOLdigital (FSOL's record label) and co designer of the FSOL:Digitana SX-1 Synthesiser. Dougans' first releases were as "Humanoid", releasing the acid house single "Stakker Humanoid", which reached number 17 in the UK Singles Chart in 1988, and also charted in 1992 and 2001. Paul Stacey (born 27 September 1963) is a British guitarist and producer, best known for his work with Oasis, Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds and the Black Crowes. Biography Stacey's early work included the 1990s band, the Lemon Trees (with twin brother Jeremy Stacey on drums, Guy Chambers and others) and Denzil. On 29 September 2006, Stacey was named as the replacement for Marc Ford in the Black Crowes, only a day after Ford faxed the band his resignation and two days before the band's fall tour was set to begin.
