Drake White
William Drake White (born October 3, 1983) is an American country music singer and the leader of Drake White & The Big Fire. Early life White was born in Hokes Bluff, Alabama, where he attended Hokes Bluff High School. White started writing his thoughts down when he was 14, some of which would later become lyrics in his songs. He started singing when he was asked to join the youth choir at First Baptist Church of Hokes Bluff by his parents. He later attended Gadsden State Community College and then Auburn University, graduating with a degree in building science. Later, he worked with a general contractor in Nashville, Tennessee before quitting that job in favor of a musical career. Music career In concert, he and his band ("Drake White & The Big Fire") opened up performances for such musicians as Eric Church, Luke Bryan, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Tyler Bryant, and Channing Wilson. Spark (Drake White Album)
''Spark'' is the debut studio album of American country music singer Drake White. It was released on August 19, 2016 via Dot Records, an imprint of Big Machine Records. The album has produced three singles, "It Feels Good", Livin' the Dream" and "Makin' Me Look Good Again", all of which have reached the Top 40 on the '' Billboard'' Country Airplay chart. White co-wrote eleven of the album's twelve tracks. Ross Copperman and Jeremy Stover produced all tracks except for track 10, with assistance from White on tracks 3, 6, 7, and 8. Andrew Petroff and Adam Schwind produced track 10. Commercial reception The album debuted at No. 34 on ''Billboard'' 200, and No. 4 on the Top Country Albums chart, selling 11,000 copies in its first week. Hokes Bluff, Alabama
Hokes Bluff is a city in Etowah County, Alabama, United States. It is part of the Gadsden Metropolitan Statistical Area. At the 2020 census, the population was 4,446. History Hokes Bluff was established on a high bluff overlooking the Coosa River. The town was called "The Bluff", and was used as a lookout station for Native American tribes, as they could see a great distance across, up and down the Coosa River. Hokes Bluff was one of the staging areas where the Cherokee were collected, and sent to Gunter's Landing (Guntersville), and west to Oklahoma on the Trail of Tears. Settlers came into the area in the 1840s. Daniel Hoke Jr. was among the settlers, who came in 1850 and built a trading post and a blacksmith shop near the site of the bluff. The town was renamed "Hoke's Bluff" after him in 1853 by W.B. Wynne, a friend of Hoke. Arteriovenous malformation is an abnormal connection between arteries and veins, bypassing the capillary system. This vascular anomaly is widely known because of its occurrence in the central nervous system (usually cerebral AVM), but can appear in any location.
