Dr. Santos Avenue
Dr. Arcadio Santos Avenue or Dr. Santos Avenue, formerly and still referred to as Sucat Road or Parañaque–Sucat Road, is the primary east–west thoroughfare in Parañaque, southern Metro Manila, Philippines. The avenue's western end is in Barangay San Dionisio as the continuation of Ninoy Aquino Avenue. Physically, Ninoy Aquino Avenue connects northbound to NAIA Road in Pasay which, in turn, continues west to Roxas Boulevard back in Parañaque, where it ends. Its eastern end is at the East Service Road, which runs parallel to South Luzon Expressway, in Barangay Sucat, Muntinlupa, where it becomes Meralco Road to service the rest of the route to Sucat railway station. The entire road is designated as National Route 63 (N63) of the Philippine highway network. The Manila Memorial Park – Sucat (MMP–Sucat) is a cemetery situated along Dr. A. Santos Avenue (Sucat Road) in Parañaque, Metro Manila, Philippines. History The Manila Memorial Park in Parañaque was established in 1964 when the city was still a municipality of Rizal province. In August 1985, it became the first cemetery to host a modern crematorium in a memorial park setting, having been established a year after Pope Paul VI lifted the ban on cremation for Catholics. BF Homes Parañaque, officially Barangay BF Homes, is a gated community and administrative division in southern Metro Manila, the Philippines. It is one of the sixteen barangays that make up Parañaque and is the city's largest barangay and southernmost village. San Antonio is an administrative division in southern Metro Manila, the Philippines. It is a collection of sixteen gated communities on the east side of Parañaque abutting the city of Muntinlupa, and the informal settlements surrounding them. The barangay is a long strip along the north side of Dr. Santos Avenue stretching from South Luzon Expressway to just west of San Antonio Avenue by the Jaka Plaza commercial center. Circumferential Road 5 (C-5), informally known as the C-5 Road, is a network of roads and bridges that all together form the fifth beltway of Metro Manila in the Philippines. Spanning some , it connects the cities of Las Piñas, Makati, Parañaque, Pasay, Pasig, Quezon City, Taguig, and Valenzuela. It runs parallel to the four other beltways around Metro Manila, and is also known for being the second most important transportation corridor after Circumferential Road 4. The Light Rail Transit Line 1, commonly referred to as LRT Line 1 or LRT-1, is a light rapid transit system line in Metro Manila, Philippines, operated by Light Rail Manila Corporation (LRMC) and owned by the Light Rail Transit Authority (LRTA) as part of the Manila Light Rail Transit System.
