Dozer
Dozer is a stoner rock band from Sweden. History Early years Dozer was formed in the great north in 1995 by Tommi Holappa, Fredrik Nordin, Erik Bäckwall and Magnus Larsson, playing local youth centres and supporting any bands that came to their hometown. In 1996 Magnus Larsson left and Johan Rockner joined the band. In 1998 the band recorded a split EP with the American band Unida. The EP was originally released by MeteorCity and re-issued in 2005. Breakthrough and rise to success While trying to secure a record deal they sent a demo tape to Man's Ruin Records, a highly influential label in the stoner rock scene at the time. Frank Kozik, the owner of Man's Ruin, was thoroughly impressed and the band quickly recorded an album. In 2000 Dozer released their first album ''In the Tail of a Comet'', which was recorded for only $500. The band's second album '' Madre de Dios'' was released via Man's Ruin in 2001 along with a vinyl version on Molten Universe. Man's Ruin Records ...

Daniel Lidén
Karl Daniel Lidén is a Swedish drummer and music producer. He was the drummer for rock bands Dozer, Demon Cleaner and Greenleaf. He currently has a solo project called Vaka. Career Demon Cleaner Lidén was a founding member of Demon Cleaner, a stoner rock band from Borlange. They released two full-length albums and disbanded in 2002 soon after Lidén left the band. Greenleaf While a member of Demon Cleaner Lidén started a side project with Tommi Holappa (Dozer guitar player) and Bengt Bäcke (producer for Dozer and Demon Cleaner) called Greenleaf. They released two albums and an ep with Lidén. Dozer Soon after leaving Demon Cleaner, Lidén joined Dozer. He joined after the recording of their third album, ''Call It Conspiracy''. MeteorCity
MeteorCity Records is an American record label founded in 1997 by Jadd Shickler and Aaron Emmel in Albuquerque, New Mexico. With the release of its compilation album ''Welcome to MeteorCity'' showcasing young unsigned Kyuss-like bands, MeteorCity helped launch the stoner rock genre and many of the genre's first bands, plus side projects from members of well-known bands including The Atomic Bitchwax and Hermano. MeteorCity Records was one of the first record labels dedicated exclusively to Stoner rock, doom metal, sludge metal, drone metal and psychedelic rock. Unida/Dozer
''Unida/Dozer'' is a split EP featuring the stoner rock bands Dozer and Unida. It is one of the first releases for both bands. It was released in 1999 by MeteorCity and re-issued in 2006. The first press of the vinyl version is limited to 1,000 copies on red vinyl. The second press is also only 1,000 copies but on marbled white and black vinyl. Both vinyl versions come with a poster advertising the ''Unida/Dozer'' split EP and Nebula/Lowrider split EP as well as the Unida/Nebula 1999 Tour. Greenleaf (band)
Greenleaf is a Swedish rock band created as a side project in late 1999 by Tommi Holappa (Dozer), Daniel Lidén ( Demon Cleaner) and Bengt Bäcke (record producer/studio engineer; Dozer, Demon Cleaner, Lowrider). In 2003, Lidén joined Dozer, making three of the four Dozers members also members of Greenleaf, so the band took a back seat until 2007. Demon Cleaner (band)
Demon Cleaner was a Swedish stoner rock band formed in the late 1990s as an instrumental trio by Kimmo Holappa, Martin Stangefelt and Daniel Lidén. They named the band after a Kyuss song. Daniel Söderholm joined as singer soon after and after a few split singles with Dozer they recorded their first full-length album, ''The Freeflight'', which was released in 2000. Söderholm left soon after the recording. Stangefelt took over vocals and Snicken and Ville Astrand joined the band. Daniel Jansson soon took over at bass from Astrand. Their second album ''Demon Cleaner'' was released in 2002. Daniel Lidén left after its release and the band broke up after a last tour with Mr Pillow on drums.Monolith

Unida
Unida () is an American stoner rock band, originally formed in 1998 by John Garcia of Kyuss and Slo Burn. History Formation, Dozer split, and ''Coping with the Urban Coyote'' (1998–1999) Following the dissolution of Kyuss in 1995, former vocalist John Garcia became part of Slo Burn. Garcia already knew future Unida members Arthur Seay and Miguel (Mike) Cancino, considering them "exceptional" musicians and song writers; therefore, after the end of Slo Burn in 1998, he reached out to them to start a band. Garcia later reflected that "I really wanted to jam with them and I knew that they could play and it was basically as simple as that." The band's original lineup consisted of Garcia (vocals), Seay (guitar), Cancino (drums) and Dave Dinsmore (bass).
