Double Dragon (film)
''Double Dragon'' is a 1994 American martial arts film, based on the video game series of the same name. The movie was directed by James Yukich, whose previous credits include the Genesis music videos " That's All" and "Invisible Touch". The picture stars Mark Dacascos and Scott Wolf as brothers Jimmy and Billy Lee, along with Alyssa Milano as Marian Delario and Robert Patrick as antagonist Koga Shuko. The film takes place in an earthquake-crippled Los Angeles in 2007; the city is styled as a mix between a post-apocalyptic and 80s/90s punk environment. Alan Schechter (film Producer)
Alan Schechter (1965–2005) was an American action movie producer best known for his trademark style of "Low budget films with big budget effects." Personal life Born in 1965 and raised in Cleveland to Lori and Morris Paul Schechter, Schechter graduated from Shaker Heights High School in 1983. Alan's family was already in the media biz as his father Morris Schechter was a local radio personality in Cleveland in the 1950s and was known as the "Voice of Racing" because he broadcast local horse races. Morris Paul Schechter later changed his name to Van Lane in 1950 after the radio station he was working for had a "Name the DJ" contest. Schechter's mother died in a traffic accident when he was only 8 years old. Andrew Roane Dick (born Andrew Thomlinson; December 21, 1965) is an American comedian, actor, musician, and television and film producer.
