Margaret Armen
Margaret Alberta Armen (September 9, 1921 – November 10, 2003) was an American screenwriter and author. Biography She was born Margaret Alberta Sampsell in Washington, D.C., the daughter of Commander Thomas Lloyd Sampsell and Florence Neilson (née Buehler). Her father was a dental surgeon serving in the United States Navy Dental Corps, and she grew up in Manila, Panama, Japan, and spent four years living in Peking, China, where she learned Mandarin. She graduated with a degree in English literature from the University of California, Berkeley, then studied creative writing at University of California, Los Angeles. On June 30, 1945, she married Garo Armen, a naval officer, and started a family. The Sleestak God
"The Sleestak God" is the second episode of the first season of the 1974 American television series ''Land of the Lost''. Written by David Gerrold and directed by Dennis Steinmetz, it first aired in the United States on September 14, 1974 on NBC. Plot While heading for water, Will and Holly are sidetracked by the discovery of an ancient ruin. Using Morse code by reflecting sunlight from a mirror worn on a necklace, Will messages their discovery to Rick, who agrees to meet with them in the jungle. Soon Will and Holly discover they are being tracked by Cha-Ka, and chase after him, only to run into a triceratops.
