Donte Jackson (American Football)
Donte Kenneth Jackson (born November 8, 1995) is an American football cornerback for the Carolina Panthers of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at LSU, and was selected in the second round of the 2018 NFL Draft by the Panthers. Early years Jackson attended Riverdale High School in Jefferson, Louisiana. He committed to Louisiana State University (LSU) to play college football. College career Jackson played at LSU from 2015 to 2017 under head coaches Les Miles and Ed Orgeron. After his junior season in 2017, he decided to forgo his senior year and enter the 2018 NFL Draft. During his career he had 110 tackles, four interceptions and one sack. Jackson was an accomplished sprinter on LSU's track and field team. He has personal bests of 6.63 and 10.22 in the 60 and 100 meters, respectively. Donte Demetrius Whitner Sr. (born July 24, 1985) is a former professional American football strong safety. He played college football at Ohio State, and was drafted by the Buffalo Bills eighth overall in the 2006 NFL Draft. Whitner has also played for the San Francisco 49ers, Cleveland Browns, and Washington Redskins. Early years Whitner was born in Cleveland, Ohio. He is the older brother of former Connecticut Huskies defensive end Lindsey Witten. He attended Glenville High School in Cleveland. He played college football at Ole Miss, and was drafted by the Indianapolis Colts in the third round of the 2014 NFL Draft. Donté Dominic Greene (born February 21, 1988) is an American professional basketball player. He played college basketball for the Syracuse Orange for one year before being selected with the 28th overall pick by the Memphis Grizzlies in the 2008 NBA draft. Early life and high school Greene was born on the United States Air Force Base in Munich, Germany. His mother worked for the National Security Agency. In the mid-1990s, Greene's parents divorced. Greene then attended school in Japan before returning to Germany and eventually Hanover, Pennsylvania. One of the West Coast's best known jazz clubs in the 1970s and 1980s, it opened in 1966 and closed in 1988. History Donte's was established in 1966.
