"Don't Go Yet" is a song by Cuban Americans, Cuban-born American singer Camila Cabello. The song was written by Cabello, Scott Harris (songwriter), Scott Harris, Ricky Reed, Eric Frederic and Mike Sabath, and produced by the latter two. It was released on July 23, 2021, through Epic Records, as the lead single from her third studio album, ''Familia (Camila Cabello album), Familia''. The song was serviced to US contemporary hit radio and Rhythmic contemporary radio, rhythmic radio formats on July 27, 2021. "Don't Go Yet" is a Latin influenced, pop music, pop, Latin pop and tropical music, tropical love song, with a scratchy flamenco guitar, luscious ad-libs and "handclapping overlapping as" beats. Lyrically, the song tells a story about being together with someone and never wanting to be apart from them. Karla Camila Cabello Estrabao (; ; born March 3, 1997) is a Cuban-born American singer and songwriter. She rose to prominence as a member of the girl group Fifth Harmony, which became one of the best-selling girl groups of all time. Maraca
A maraca (), sometimes called shaker or chac-chac, is a rattle which appears in many genres of Caribbean and Latin music. It is shaken by a handle and usually played as part of a pair.
