''Don't Forget Love'' (german: Vergiß die Liebe nicht) is a 1953 West German romantic comedy film directed by Paul Verhoeven and starring Luise Ullrich, Paul Dahlke and Will Quadflieg.Hake p.259 It was shot at the Wandsbek Studios as well as on location in Hamburg and Innsbruck. The film's sets were designed by the art directors Hermann Warm and Heinrich Weidemann. Synopsis A couple's marriage becomes strained when the husband becomes too busy and neglects his wife. Paul Verhoeven (; born 18 July 1938) is a Dutch filmmaker. His blending of graphic violence and sexual content with social satire is a trademark of both his Drama film, drama and science fiction films. After receiving attention for the TV series ''Floris (TV series), Floris'' in his native Netherlands, Verhoeven got his film breakthrough with romantic drama ''Turkish Delight (1973 film), Turkish Delight'' (1973), starring frequent collaborator Rutger Hauer. Hermann Warm
Hermann Warm was a German art director for films. Born in 1889 (died 1976) in Berlin, Germany, Warm was an important figure in the expressionist movement of the 1920s. Warm entered the German film industry in 1912 after working on-stage for a while. As well as doing set work on films such as '' The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari'' and Fritz Lang's ''Destiny'', Warm also worked with Danish film director Carl Theodor Dreyer on films including ''The Passion of Joan of Arc'' and ''Vampyr''. During World War II, Warm lived in Switzerland and returned to Germany in 1947. Eckart Dux (born 19 December 1926) is a German actor and voice actor. Biography His father was an Insurance executive. He completed his training as an actor with Else Bongers in Berlin and made his stage debut in 1948 at the city's Renaissance Theatre. He then had numerous roles on the Berlin stage and in theatres in Munich, Hamburg, Frankfurt and Stuttgart. He also had many roles as a character actor in film and television.
