Domènec Sugrañes I Gras
Domènec Sugrañes i Gras (; 12 December 1878 – 9 August 1938) was a Catalan modernist architect and disciple of Antoni Gaudí. He succeeded him at the head of the works of the church of the Sagrada Família and finished the façade of the Nativity. Sugrañes held this charge during 10 years, from Gaudí's death in 1926 until 20 July 1936. Biography Gaudí met Sugrañes in 1905 during his last year at the school of architecture. Since then, he participated in most of Gaudí's works. In collaboration with Gaudí, Sugrañes decorated the Bellesguard house with seating banks in mosaic (1917). He made the house of , of which Gaudí made only gateway to the property. He also collaborated in the Casa Batlló and Casa Milà. Sugrañes became close with Gaudí to the extent that the latter established him as his testamentary executor. The Plaza de Toros Monumental de Barcelona, often known simply as La Monumental (), is a bullring in the city of Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain. It was the last bullfighting arena in commercial operation in Catalonia. It was inaugurated in 1914 under the name ''Plaza de El Sport'' and was soon expanded and given its current name in 1916. Capellades
Capellades () is a town in Catalonia, Spain, located in the south of the comarca of Anoia, some sixty metres above the Anoia river where it cuts through the Catalan Coastal Range. The C-15 trunk road from Vilafranca del Penedès and the FGC railway line R6 from Martorell and Barcelona run along the river valley below the town on their way to Igualada.
