''Doin' Somethin' Right'' is the second studio album by American country music singer Billy Currington. It was released in October 2005 via Mercury Records Nashville. The album produced three singles with the songs " Must Be Doin' Somethin' Right", " Why, Why, Why", and "Good Directions", which peaked at numbers 1, 13, and 1, respectively, on the U.S. ''Billboard'' Hot Country Songs chart. William Matthew Currington (born November 19, 1973) is an American country music singer and songwriter. Signed to Mercury Records Nashville in 2003, he has released seven studio albums for the label: his self-titled debut (2003), '' Doin' Somethin' Right'' (2005), '' Little Bit of Everything'' (2008), '' Enjoy Yourself'' (2010), '' We Are Tonight'' (2013), ''Summer Forever'' (2015), and ''Intuition'' (2021). Brett Jones is an American singer, songwriter, and music publisher from Warm Springs, Georgia, United States, working in country music. Dobro is an American brand of resonator guitars, currently owned by Gibson and manufactured by its subsidiary Epiphone. The term "dobro" is also used as a generic term for any wood-bodied, single-cone resonator guitar. The Dobro was originally a guitar manufacturing company founded by the Dopyera brothers with the name "Dobro Manufacturing Company". Eddie Bayers (born January 28, 1949) is an American session drummer who has played on 300 gold and platinum albums. He received the Academy of Country Music 'Drummer of the Year Award' for fourteen years, has three times won the Nashville Music Awards 'Drummer of the Year,' and was inducted into the Musicians Hall of Fame and Museum in 2019. Roger Dale Bowling (December 3, 1944 – December 26, 1982) was an American songwriter who specialized in country music. Biography Bowling was born in Helton, Leslie County, Kentucky. Harold L. Bynum (September 29, 1934 – June 2, 2022) was an American songwriter associated with the Outlaw country movement in the 1970s. Bynum wrote more than 200 songs for popular country artists, including Kenny Rogers (" Lucille"), Patty Loveless ("Chains"), Johnny Cash ("Papa Was a Good Man"), Cash and Waylon Jennings ("There Ain't No Good Chain Gang"), and Jim Reeves ("Nobody's Fool").
