Djursholms Ösby is a branch railway station on Roslagsbanan, a suburban commuter railway north of Stockholm in Sweden. It serves Ösby in Djursholm in Danderyd Municipality and is 6.6 km from Stockholm East Station. Djursholm () is one of four suburban districts in, and the seat of Danderyd Municipality, Stockholm County, Sweden. Djursholm is included in the multi-municipal Stockholm urban area. Djursholm is divided into a number of different areas: Djursholms Ekeby (northwest), Svalnäs (northeast), Ösby (central), Berga (southwest) and Gamla Djursholm ('Old Djursholm', southeast). Djursholmsbanan (DjB) was the original name of a network of narrow-gauge urban railways between Stockholm and Djursholm in Stockholm County, Sweden. This network is now a part of Roslagsbanan, but the oldest line was closed in 1976. Österskär
Österskär is eastern part of Åkersberga, Österåker Municipality in Sweden. It hosts the terminal station of the Stockholm suburban railway Roslagsbanan. The area is located in a hilly peninsula between Tunaviken and Sätterfjärden northwest of Trälhavet. Due to the height differences and the possibility to get a sea view speed up the building process. Rimbo
Rimbo () is a locality situated in Norrtälje Municipality, Stockholm County, Sweden with 4,629 inhabitants in 2010. Rimbo is located about 20 km west of the municipal seat of Norrtälje. Rimbo grew up as a railhead at the junction between the narrow gauge railways to Uppsala and Norrtälje (1884), Stockholm (1885) and Hallstavik (1896). The last line (to Stockholm, part of Roslagsbanan) was closed in 1981. A formal decision has been taken to reopen the 14 km line to KÃ¥rsta (the present northern terminus of Roslagsbanan), but no funds have been allocated. Stockholm East Station
Stockholm East Station ( sv, Stockholms östra station) or Stockholm Ö is a railway station on the Roslag Railway in Stockholm, Sweden. The present station was inaugurated in 1932 and located on Valhallavägen in northeastern central Stockholm, close to the Royal Institute of Technology (Tekniska Högskolan), replacing an older provisional station from 1884 which was located some hundred metres to the north. Originally, the building had the offices of SRJ, the company owning and managing the Roslag Railway. There are still offices in the building for the company which is operating the traffic at present. The building also includes a restaurant, which has the same interior as when the building was new, something which is appreciated by the customers. Danderyd Municipality (''Danderyds kommun''; ) is a municipality north of Stockholm in Stockholm County in east central Sweden. It is one of the smallest municipalities of Sweden, but the most affluent. Its seat is located in Djursholm and it is located within Stockholm urban area. The "old" rural municipality Danderyd was split up during the early 20th century, when Djursholm and Stocksund broke away in 1901 and 1910 respectively.
