The Division of Fraser is an Australian electoral division in the state of Victoria, which was contested for the first time at the 2019 federal election. Geography Federal electoral division boundaries in Australia are determined at redistributions by a redistribution committee appointed by the Australian Electoral Commission. Redistributions occur for the boundaries of divisions in a particular state, and they occur every seven years, or sooner if a state's representation entitlement changes or when divisions of a state are malapportioned. Daniel Mulino
Daniel Mulino (born 6 November 1969) is an Australian politician. He was a Labor member of the Victorian Legislative Council, representing the Eastern Victoria Region from 2014 to 2018. In the 2019 federal election he was elected as the inaugural Member for the Division of Fraser. Early life Daniel Mulino achieved a PhD in economics from Yale University and a Bachelor of Arts/Law (Hons) from the ANU.
