Ditipriya Roy is an Indian television and film actress working in Bengali-language films and serials. She is known for portraying the character of Rani Rashmoni in the Bengali television series ''Karunamoyee Rani Rashmoni''. Her movies include ''Avijatrik'', ''Bob Biswas'', ''Aay Khuku Aay'', ''Kolkata Chalantika and Achena Uttam.'' Career Ditipriya started her career in television as a child artist and acted in serials like ''Maa'', ''Durga'', ''Aparajito'', ''Byomkesh'', ''Bamakhyapa'', ''Tomay Amay Mile, Tare Ami Chokhe Dekhini.'' Asutosh College (Bengali: আশুতোষ কলেজ) is a college affiliated to the University of Calcutta, situated in Southern Kolkata, close to the Jatin Das Park Metro Station, gate No. 2. It was established in 1916 as the South Suburban College, under the stewardship of educationist Sir Ashutosh Mukherjee, who was the then vice-chancellor of the University of Calcutta. After the death of Sir Mukherjee, the college was renamed as Asutosh College in 1924. The principal of the college is Dr. Dipak Kumar Kar. It is affiliated to the University of Calcutta. Sabitri Chatterjee
Sabitri Chatterjee (born 22 February 1937) is an Indian actress who is known for her work in Bengali theatre and cinema. Her career spans more than 60 years. She is the recipient of BFJA Awards for two times. In 1999, she was conferred with Sangeet Natak Akademi Award for Acting in Bengali theatre. In 2013, she was awarded by the Government of West Bengal its highest civilian award; the Banga Bibhushan. In 2014, Government of India conferred upon her its fourth-highest civilian award the Padma Shri. She was born in Comilla, in British India (now in Bangladesh).
