Disturbing London
Disturbing London is an entertainment company founded by cousins Dumi Oburota and Tinie Tempah in 2006. Whilst operating primarily as a record label, the company also has arms in brand consultancy, artist management, event management, music publishing and fashion label. Co-founder Dumi Oburota was included in the 2019 edition of the Powerlist, ranking the 100 most influential Black Britons. Joint Venture with Parlophone In May 2018, it was announced that German-British record label Parlophone Records had signed 'an exclusive label partnership with Disturbing London,' with Parlophone co-president Mark Mitchell saying: 'It is a true joint venture, they will remain the A&R, the talent and artist relationship side. Tinie Tempah
Patrick Chukwuemeka Okogwu (born 7 November 1988), better known by his stage name Tinie Tempah, is a British rapper. He has been signed to Parlophone Records since 2009, a subsidiary of Warner Music Group. He created his own entertainment company Disturbing London in 2006, along with his cousin Dumi Oburota. After releasing a number of mixtapes, he released his debut album, ''Disc-Overy'', in October 2010. Preceded by two British number-one singles, " Pass Out" and " Written in the Stars", the album charted at number one and was certified Platinum the next year. In February 2011, he won two Brit Awards for Best British Breakthrough Act and Best British Single. In November 2013, he released his second album, entitled '' Demonstration''. Clive James Brooks (born 1 February 1992), also known as Yungen, is a British rapper, singer and songwriter from Herne Hill, South London. Yungen gained initial recognition for his 2011 F64 freestyle video for SB.TV, and by 2015 had been nominated for Best Newcomer at the MOBO Awards. As a grime artist, Yungen takes inspiration from numerous music genres, which varies from rap to R&B and his own experimentations. Yungen's most successful song is " Bestie", which features Yxng Bane, and this song reached top 10 in the UK Singles Chart in October 2017 and also became his first platinum single in February 2018. Sasha Keable (born 27 February 1994) is a British singer and songwriter of Colombian descent from South London, England. In 2013, she collaborated with Disclosure on the single " Voices" and toured with the duo around the UK. In 2014, she supported singer Katy B on her UK tour. Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun (born 16 July 1990), known professionally as Wizkid, is a Nigerian singer and songwriter.
