:''District 12 may also refer to a fictional location in The Hunger Games universe, or to other 12th legislative districts.'' District 12 ( vi, Quáºn 12) is an urban district (''quáºn'') of Ho Chi Minh City, the largest and most populous city in Vietnam. As of 2010, the district had a population of 427,083. The district covers an area of 53.0 km². The district is divided into 11 small subsets which are called wards. The Hunger Games Universe
''The Hunger Games'' is a series of young adult dystopian novels written by American author Suzanne Collins. The first three novels are part of a trilogy following teenage protagonist Katniss Everdeen, and the fourth book is a prequel set 64 years before the original. The novels in the trilogy are titled ''The Hunger Games'' (2008), ''Catching Fire'' (2009), and ''Mockingjay'' (2010). JETRO
is an Independent Administrative Institution established by Japan Export Trade Research Organization as a nonprofit corporation in Osaka in February 1952, reorganized under the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI) in 1958 (later the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry or METI), and became an Independent Administrative Institution in 2003 to consolidate Japan's efforts in export promotion. Thủ Äức is a municipal city (sub-city) under the administration of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The city was founded by the Standing Committee of the National Assembly on December 9, 2020 from the districts of 2, 9, and Thủ Äức District. Thu Duc City covers 211.56 km², the population as of 2019 was 1,013,795 inhabitants. With the establishment of Thu Duc City, the main city will contribute more to the national economic growth and boost the development in Southern Key Economic Zone (SKEZ).
