''Disney Girlz Rock 2'' is a follow-up to the 2005 compilation of the same name. It includes some of the most popular female Disney artists like Miley Cyrus, Demi Lovato, Vanessa Hudgens, Ashley Tisdale, and Selena Gomez, as well as former Disney-turned-mainstream teen-pop acts and girl groups such as Hilary Duff and Aly & AJ. This album also contains a song by KSM. The CD was released on September 9, 2008. "Start All Over" is a song recorded by American singer Miley Cyrus for her debut studio album '' Meet Miley Cyrus'' (2007). The song was written by Fefe Dobson, Anne Preven and produced by Annetenna. Bridget Benenate is an American songwriter. She first found success in her song "Permission To Shine", which was performed by the band Bachelor Girl. The same year Bridget's song "Everything Changes" was featured on ''Dawson’s Creek''. In 2001, Benenate met music producer Matthew Gerrard. They started to collaborate. Matthew Gerrard
Matthew Gerrard is a Canadian record producer and songwriter. Biography Gerrard grew up in Don Mills, a suburb of Toronto's north-east end. He attended George S. Henry Secondary School where he played trombone in band, later playing bass in a school-based 5-piece jazz fusion combo called Nemesis Fusion. Nemesis Fusion competed in two Canadian stage band festivals earning silver in 1982 and won the competition the following year when Gerrard wrote the group's original material. After high school Gerrard was a member of a band called Regatta, which released one self-titled album. ''TCG'' (short for "The Cheetah Girls") is the second and final studio album by The Cheetah Girls. The album was released on Hollywood Records on September 25, 2007. The album debuted at number 44 on the ''Billboard'' 200 albums chart with 19,000 copies sold in its first week. It has sold 126,000 copies to date. Critics gave the album mixed to positive reviews, who while complimenting the girls' vocal performances, felt the album was "safe" and didn't push any boundaries.
