In electrical engineering, a disconnector, disconnect switch or isolator switch is used to ensure that an electrical circuit is completely de-energized for service or maintenance. They are often found in electrical distribution and industrial applications, where machinery must have its source of driving power removed for adjustment or repair. On mobile, it is available for Android and iPhone. It was developed by Brian Kennish and Casey Oppenheim. ''Disconnect-Search'' had once been the default search engine of the security-focused Tor Browser, which now uses DuckDuckGo. The Electronic Frontier Foundation compared the app to its own Privacy Badger browser plugin. The app was banned from the Google Play Store five days after its release in late August 2014. ''The World Needs a Hero'' is the ninth studio album by American thrash metal band Megadeth, released on May 15, 2001 by Sanctuary Records. Threat Signal is a Canadian heavy metal band from Hamilton, Ontario. The band has had numerous lineup changes, with only Jon Howard remaining from the original incarnation. Their music is often classified as metalcore, melodic death metal, groove metal and industrial metal. Biography Early years (2003–2005) Threat Signal was formed in the summer of 2003 by cousins Jon and Rich Howard. Shortly after, they recruited local guitarist Kyle McKnight and began writing and recording music and posted their demo for the song "Rational Eyes" on an international metal chart on GarageBand.com.
