''Dirty Ground'' is the first extended play by Australian musician Dan Sultan Daniel Leo Sultan (born 1983) is an Australian alternative rock singer-songwriter and guitarist, actor and author. At the ARIA Music Awards of 2010 he won ARIA Award for Best Male Artist, Best Male Artist and ARIA Award for Best Blues and Root ..., released in November 2014. The EP was recorded in one day and features new songs, quieter moments and B-sides from Sultan's latest studio album, ''Blackbird''. Sultan promoted the EP with live tour across Australia in November 2014. Further dates were added in February, March and April 2015. Daniel Leo Sultan (born 1983) is an Australian alternative rock singer-songwriter and guitarist, actor and author. At the ARIA Music Awards of 2010 he won ARIA Award for Best Male Artist, Best Male Artist and ARIA Award for Best Blues and Roots Album, Best Blues & Roots Album for his second album, ''Get Out While You Can'' (November 2009). Liberation Records is an American record company based in the Los Angeles area known for do it yourself ethos and pioneering guerrilla marketing strategies. It was formed by then 16-year-old underground rock music fanzine publisher David Taba in 1994 out of his residence, simply as a hobby. ''Blackbird'' is the third studio album by Australian musician Dan Sultan, released in April 2014. The album was his first in five years and was the culmination of many months of writing and recording. ''Blackbird'' peaked at number 4 on the ARIA Charts and was certified gold. Prior to recording the album, Sultan said he hadn't been motivated or inspired to write. He told the ABC "I had to make a few changes and change a few things up to get motivated and get inspired again, and I was in a bit of a rut for a while, so once I did that I found that everything flowed on from there." ''Open Live'' is the first live album by Australian musician Dan Sultan. The album was recorded at the National Theatre, Melbourne on 21 March 2015 during Sultan's '' Blackbird'' tour and released in November 2015. Paul Anthony Dempsey (born 25 May 1976) is an Australian musician. He is best known as the lead singer, guitarist and principal lyricist of rock group Something for Kate.
