Directory Assistance
In telecommunications, directory assistance or directory inquiries is a phone service used to find out a specific telephone number and/or address of a residence, business, or government entity. Such transmission paths are often divided into communication channels, which afford the advantages of multiplexing multiple concurrent communication sessions.
