Diplomatic School Of Spain
The Diplomatic School of Spain (''Escuela Diplomática'' in Spanish) is an official institution dependent on the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation (Spain), Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation. It was constituted in 1942 and is located in Madrid. Master course Its main mission is training new Spanish diplomats as civil servants. It also focuses on the training of officials serving abroad and those aspiring to a career in international civil service, among other functions. The Master's degree course in international relations is offered in collaboration with the mainstream Spanish universities, among them the Complutense University of Madrid. Mami Mizutori (, born 1960) is a Japanese diplomat. She has been the Assistant Secretary-General and Special Representative of the Secretary-General for Disaster Risk Reduction in the United Nations Office for Disaster Risk Reduction (UNDRR, formerly UNISDR) since March 2018. Early life and education Mizutori earned a degree in law from Hitotsubashi University and a diploma in International Studies from the Diplomatic School of Spain. Dita Charanzová
Dita Charanzová (born 30 April 1975) is a Czech Republic, Czech politician and diplomat who has served as Vice President of the European Parliament since 2019, and as a Member of the European Parliament (MEP) since 2014 for the ANO 2011 party. She has been a Vice President of the ALDE Party since 2018. Early life and career Charanzová graduated from the University of Economics in Prague and from the Diplomatic School of Spain in Madrid. In 2001, she obtained a Ph.D. degree from the Faculty of International Relations at the University of Economics in Prague. Carlos Westendorp y Cabeza (born 7 January 1937) is a Spanish diplomat and former politician. He is the former Minister of Foreign Affairs and also served as High Representative for Bosnia and Herzegovina succeeding Carl Bildt and was powered with upholding the Dayton Peace Agreement. Miguel Ángel Moratinos Cuyaubé (born 8 June 1951) is a Spanish diplomat and politician, a member of the Socialist Workers' Party and was a member of Congress from 2004 to 2011, where he represented Córdoba.
