Dinu Marius Todoran (born 8 September 1978) is a Romanian Association football, football Manager (association football), manager and former footballer who played as a midfielder for teams such as FC Petrolul Ploiești, Petrolul Ploiești, FCV Farul Constanța, Farul Constanța, FC Unirea Urziceni, Unirea Urziceni or FC Voluntari. After retirement, Todoran started his football manager career and was in charge of FC Voluntari, CSM Slatina (football), CSM Slatina and FCSB. Brașov (, , ; german: Kronstadt; hu, Brassó; la, Corona; Transylvanian Saxon: ''Kruhnen'') is a city in Transylvania, Romania and the administrative centre of Brașov County. The Liga I (; ''First League''), also spelled as Liga 1, is a Romanian professional league for men's association football clubs. Currently Sponsor (commercial), sponsored by betting company Superbet, it is officially known as the SuperLiga. It is the country's top Romanian football league system, football competition, being contested by 16 clubs which take part in a promotion and relegation system with the Liga II. 2013–14 Liga III
The 2013–14 Liga III season is the 58th season of the Liga III, the third tier of the Romanian football league system. The season began on 30 August. There is a new system, with six series of 12 teams that will play a regular season, followed by a play-off and play-out for each series. The regular season is a round-robin tournament. At the end of the regular season, the first six teams from each series will play a Promotion play-off and the winners will qualify to Liga II. The last six teams from each series will play a Relegation play-out. The last three teams from each series, at the end of play-out, will relegate to Liga IV. The Liga 3, most often spelled as Liga III, is the third level of the Romanian football league system. Its name was changed from Divizia C to Liga III before the start of the 2006–07 season. The 2014–15 Liga II was the 75th season of the Liga II, the second tier of the Romanian football league system. The 23 teams were divided into two series (with 12 and 11 teams, respectively). The regular season was played in a round-robin tournament. The first six teams from each series played a play-off for promotion to Liga I. The teams placed 7th to 12th played in a Relegation play-out. The first team in each series was promoted at the end of the season to the Liga I, and the teams placed below the 10th place were relegated to the Liga III.
