Dina Abramowicz (1909April 3, 2000) was a librarian at YIVO and a Yiddish language expert. Early life and education Abramowicz was born in Vilnius, then under Russian rule. In 1936 Abramowicz graduated from Stefan Bathory University with a degree in humanities. Her first job was at a children's library in Vilnius, the Kinderbibliotek.
