Dilip Kumar Paul
Dilip Kumar Paul (born March 19, 1956 in Silchar, Assam) is an Indian politician and was the leader of the Bharatiya Janata Party The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP; ; ) is a political party in India, and one of the two major Indian political parties alongside the Indian National Congress. Since 2014, it has been the ruling political party in India under Narendra Mod ... who is elected to the assembly from the Silchar constituency twice. Once in by-election against congress leader Arun Mazumder and another against senior congress leader Bhitika Dev wife of former union minister Sontosh Mohan Dev. But he left BJP, in 2020-21, by carrying out some of the controversial issues within the party. Sontosh Mohan Dev
Santosh Mohan Dev (1 April 1934 – 2 August 2017), was an Indian political leader and a key member of the Indian National Congress. Mr. Dev was first elected to the Parliament of India, Parliament in 1980, the first of his seven terms in office as the Member of parliament, Lok Sabha, Member of Parliament, Lok Sabha.
