Dilara Zaman
Dilara Zaman (born 19 June 1943) is a Bangladeshi film and television actress. She was awarded Ekushey Padak in 1993 and Bangladesh National Film Award for Best Supporting Actress in 2008. Early life and education Dilara Zaman was born on 19 June 1943 in Bardhaman District in British India to Rafiquddin Ahmed and Sitara Begum. Her family then moved to Asansol. After the partition of India in 1947 they finally moved to Jessore. She studied in Bangla Bazar Government Girls High School in Dhaka. She acted her first stage play in this school. She went on to study in Eden College. She was under the mentorship of her Guru Natyaguru Professor Nurul Momen. She was a master's student of Bangla at the University of Dhaka. Personal life Hi Zaman was married to Fakhruzzaman Chowdhury in 1966. They have two daughters, Tanira and Zubayra. Her niece was an actress Tazin Ahmed. Bardhaman District
Bardhaman district (, ; also spelled Burdwan or Barddhaman or Vardhaman) was a district in West Bengal. On 7 April 2017, the district was bifurcated into two districts: Purba Bardhaman and Paschim Bardhaman district. The headquarters of the district was Bardhaman, and it housed the cities of Asansol and Durgapur. Indian revolutionary Rashbehari Bose was born in village Subaldaha, Bardhaman district. Bengali poet Kumud Ranjan Mullick was born at Kogram and poet Kazi Nazrul Islam was born at Churulia in the same district. Tazin Ahmed (30 July 1975 – 22 May 2018) was a Bangladeshi journalist, actress, playwright, director, and theater person. She won the 2003 Bachasas Award for the Best Actress in the drama category. Early life and education Ahmed was born on 30 July 1975, in Noakhali, Bangladesh, to Dilara Jolly. She completed her Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSC) in 1992. Alauddin Al-Azad (6 May 1932 – 3 July 2009) was a modern Bangladeshi author, novelist, and poet. Early life and education Azad was born in Dhaka. He Passed Secondary School Certificate and Higher Secondary School Certificate in 1947 and 1949 respectively. From Dhaka University he earned his BA (Honors) and MA in 1953 and 1954.
