Dikembe (band)
Dikembe is an American rock band from Gainesville, Florida. History Dikembe formed in December 2010. In 2011, the band embarked on a winter tour with You Blew It!. In 2012, they signed to Tiny Engines and released their debut studio album titled ''Broad Shoulders''. Kenny Jewett left the band in 2013 and was replaced with Randy Reddell. The band went on a summer tour in 2013 with Signals Midwest. They released their second studio album in 2014, titled ''Mediumship''. They released their third studio album, ''Hail Something'', as a 3-piece on their newly formed Death Protector Collective label. In October 2017 Andy Anaya of You Blew It! joined Dikembe on guitar. In 2020 they signed to Skeletal Lightning and released their 4th LP, ''Muck'', their first with guitarist Andy Anaya. Emo is a rock music genre characterized by emotional, often confessional lyrics. Pet Symmetry is an American emo band from Chicago, Illinois. The band formed in 2012, and they are currently signed to Storm Chaser Records. The band's name is a play on words taken from Stephen King's novel ''Pet Sematary''. History Pet Symmetry was formed in 2012 by Erik Czaja and Marcus Nuccio (both members of Chicago-based emo band Dowsing) and Evan Thomas Weiss (who performs solo material under the name Into It. Over It.). The band released its first EP, ''Two Songs About Cars. Two Songs With Long Titles.'' in May 2013 via Asian Man Records. It released another EP the same month, a split with Dikembe on Storm Chasers Records. Pentimento is an American punk rock band from Buffalo, New York. History Pentimento formed in the year 2011. Since then, they have released two full-length albums, two EPs, and two splits. In November 2011, the band supported Last Call on tour. Pentimento went on two co-headlining tours with Light Years. The first was a 2011–2012 winter U.S. tour with Light Years. The second tour was a European tour in February 2012. The band released their debut self-titled full length on November 13, 2012. Following complications with their label, the band decided to release their debut album for free. In the spring of 2013, the band went on the March Radness Tour with Candy Hearts and Allison Weiss. Old Gray
Old Gray was an American emo band from Hooksett and Auburn, New Hampshire. History Old Gray began in 2011. The band was formed by Cameron Boucher, Charlie Singer, Zane McDaniel, and Raphael Bastek. In 2013, Boucher would form punk band Sorority Noise in which would later feature Singer. Due to the prominent rise in popularity of Sorority Noise, Old Gray would often have to take long periods of inactivity aside for some one-off shows. Since then, they have released two full-length albums, three EPs, six splits, and two singles. Their debut album, ''An Autobiography'', was released in 2013. Their second full-length album, ''Slow Burn'' was released on December 9, 2016 via Boucher's Flower Girl Records. Modern Baseball (MoBo) was an American emo band from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania consisting of Bren Lukens, Jake Ewald, Sean Huber, and Ian Farmer. The band formed in 2012 at Drexel University and released their first album, ''Sports'', on Lame-O Records that same year. Their following albums, '' You're Gonna Miss It All'' and ''Holy Ghost'', were released on Run For Cover Records in 2014 and 2016 respectively. The group announced an indefinite hiatus in 2017.
