Diego Martínez (footballer, Born 1992)
Hermes Diego Martínez (born 5 July 1992) is an Argentine professional football player who plays as a defender for Club Atlético Nueva Chicago. Club career River Plate Martínez made his debut appearance on 16 May 2012, turning out in the quarter-finals of the Copa Argentina against San Lorenzo in a match which ended in a 2–0 victory. He then made his league debut on 23 September 2012 in a game against Racing. Martínez also participated in the 2012 U-20 Copa Libertadores, winning it in his first and only attempt and beating Defensor Sporting in the final. Loan to Sarmiento After manager Ramon Diaz made it clear that Martínez was not in his first team plans for the Torneo Inicial stage of the league campaign, he was loaned out to Sarmiento of the Primera B Nacional with whom he played 18 games. General Pacheco is a city in the Tigre Partido of the urban agglomeration of Greater Buenos Aires, Argentina. Primera Nacional (usually called simply Nacional B, in English "National B Division", and known as Primera B Nacional until the 2019–20 season) is the second division of the Argentine football league system. The competition is made up of 37 teams. It is played by teams from all over the country. The 2015 Argentine Primera B Nacional season was the 30th season of Argentine second division, with a total of 22 competing teams. It began 14 February and ended 14 November 2015. Although there was some use of a different name earlier in the year, the AFA has consistently used the Primera B Nacional moniker in releases of late. Competition format The league's format has changed from last season. This year there will be twenty-two teams which will play each other twice for a total of forty-two matches. In November 2014, the AFA announced two teams from this season will be promoted to the Primera División.
