Diego Contento
Diego Armando Valentin Contento (born 1 May 1990) is a German professional footballer who plays as a left-back. He is currently without a club. Personal life Contento's family is from the outskirts of Naples (his father from Casalnuovo di Napoli and his mother from Caivano), Italy, and he was named after former S.S.C. Napoli star Diego Armando Maradona. His older brothers Vincenzo and Domenico were previously in Bayern's youth team. The 2013 FIFA Club World Cup (officially known as the FIFA Club World Cup Morocco 2013 presented by Toyota for sponsorship reasons) was the 10th edition of the FIFA Club World Cup, a FIFA-organised international club football tournament between the winners of the six continental confederations as well as the host nation's league champions. It was hosted by Morocco, and played from 11 to 21 December 2013. Defending champions Corinthians did not qualify as they were eliminated in the round of 16 of the 2013 Copa Libertadores. The FIFA Club World Cup is an international men's association football competition organised by the ''Fédération Internationale de Football Association'' ( FIFA), the sport's global governing body. The 2013 DFL-Supercup was the fourth DFL-Supercup, an annual football match contested by the winners of the previous season's Bundesliga and DFB-Pokal competitions. It featured Bayern Munich, winners of the 2012–13 Bundesliga and the 2012–13 DFB-Pokal, and, as a result of the former winning both competitions, the Bundesliga runners-up Borussia Dortmund. The match was hosted by Dortmund at the Signal Iduna Park on 27 July 2013. The match took place two months after the same teams played each other in the 2013 UEFA Champions League Final. The 2012–13 DFB-Pokal was the 70th season of the annual German football cup competition. It began on 17 August 2012 with the first of six rounds and ended on 1 June 2013 with the final at the Olympiastadion in Berlin. The defending champions were Borussia Dortmund, but they were beaten by Bayern Munich in the quarter-finals. Bayern Munich went on to win the competition, defeating VfB Stuttgart 3–2 in the final, ultimately going on to conquer the continental treble.
