Diego Luis Albanese (born September 17, 1973, in Mar del Plata) is a former Argentina, Argentine rugby union player who played as a Wing (rugby union), winger. He played for the San Isidro Club in Argentina, French side Grenoble, Gloucester RFC, Gloucester and Leeds Carnegie, Leeds Tykes. Albanese made 17 appearances for Gloucester RFC, Gloucester scoring three tries. Iain Robert Balshaw, MBE (born 18 April 1979) is an English former rugby union player who played on the wing or at full back for Bath, Leeds Carnegie, Gloucester and Biarritz Olympique. The 2004–05 Powergen Cup was the 34th annual rugby union cup competition in England. Leeds Tykes won the competition for the first time in their history. The event was sponsored by Powergen and the final was held at Twickenham Stadium. This was the last season in which the competition was confined to English teams only; from the 2005-06 season, the Welsh regional teams joined to form the Anglo-Welsh Cup.
