Devil-Slayer (comics)
Devil-Slayer (Eric Simon Payne) is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The character exists in Marvel's main shared universe, known as the Marvel Universe. Publication history Devil-Slayer was created by David Anthony Kraft and Rich Buckler. According to Kraft, Devil-Slayer was a tweaked version of a character he and Buckler had created in ''Demon Hunter'' (1975) for Atlas/Seaboard Comics. On his first day back in the Marvel Comics offices after the collapse of Atlas/Seaboard, Kraft bumped into Buckler in the hall and the two discussed bringing back Demon Hunter. Kraft recounted: "I changed his costume colors, Rich changed his costume design a little bit, we changed his name, of course - but if you look at his backstory it's a direct continuation from the Atlas issue". Stefano Caselli (born 21 February 1978) is an People of Italy, Italian comic book artist best known for his work on the Marvel Comics title ''Avengers: The Initiative'', the mini-series ''Civil War: Young Avengers/Runaways'' and ''Secret Warriors (2009 series), Secret Warriors''. The Man-Thing (Dr. Theodore "Ted" Sallis) is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. Created by writers Stan Lee, Roy Thomas, and Gerry Conway and artist Gray Morrow, the character first appeared in ''Savage Tales'' #1 (May 1971), and went on to be featured in various titles and in his own series, including ''Adventure into Fear''. The Avengers are a team of superheroes appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. Doctor Stephen Strange is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. In June 2020, Newsarama was merged with the website GamesRadar+, also owned by FutureUS. History Newsarama began in mid-1995 as a series of Internet forum postings on the Prodigy comic book message boards by fan Mike Doran. In the forum postings, Doran shared comic book-related news items he had found across the World Wide Web and, as these postings became more regular and read widely, he gave them the title "Prodigy Comic Book Newswire." Chris Samnee is an American comic book artist.
