DeucesCracked was a poker instruction website business and an internet forum for the discussion of poker strategy. DeucesCracked offers a fee-based service that provides access to their catalogue of poker instructional videos. History Prior to founding DeucesCracked, Jay Rosenkrantz established a personal coaching company ''3bet.net''. Jay, alongside industry competitor and CardRunners professional Taylor Caby, featured in a Forbes Video Network documentary that explored the world of online poker-coaching as an emerging business in 2007. The DeucesCracked brand was founded in January 2007 with Rob Cole, Joe Tall, Chris Vitch, Chuck Danielsson, and Jay Rosenkrantz as the executive officers. Training videos were produced in 8-part series, and each series was part of a video season. Angelo was a career musician in the 1980s, performing rock and country on drums and piano. In 1990, he became a full-time professional poker player. Bobby ''"The Wizard"'' Hoff (December 14, 1939 – August 25, 2013) was an American professional poker player, based in Long Beach, California. According to Hoff, his nickname "The Wizard" refers to his ability to make mountains of chips disappear. Early years Hoff was born in 1939 in Victoria, Texas. In 1958, Hoff studied at the University of Texas on an athletics scholarship, where he frequently played golf from a scratch handicap. Hoff learned poker in Las Vegas three years after graduating. Vanessa K. Selbst (born July 9, 1984) is a poker player, the only woman to ever reach the number one ranking in the world on the Global Poker Index. She has over US$11.8 million in live poker tournament earnings and used to be a member of Team Pokerstars Pro, where she plays under the username "V. Selbst". Selbst has three World Series of Poker bracelets and is the first and only woman to win three WSOP bracelets in open field events.
