Desire Luzinda is a Ugandan US California-based recording, performing artiste, philanthropist, and founder of Desire Luzinda Foundation International (DLFI) established on June 5, 2021. With influences from songbirds Mariah Carey and Whitney Houston, Desire Luzinda is an inspiring icon in society today. Luzinda sings in Luganda, English, and Swahili. Ibanda is a town in the Western Region of Uganda. It is the main political, administrative, and commercial centre of Ibanda District and the site of the district headquarters.
