Derick Hall
Derick Hall is an American football defensive end for the Auburn Tigers. High School career Hall attended Gulfport High School in Gulfport, Mississippi. Coming out of high school, he was a 4 star prospect, the 147th overall recruit and the 8th ranked weakside defensive end. He committed to Auburn over Mississippi State and Ole Miss. College career Hall was primarily a rotational piece his freshman and sophomore seasons, recording 34 total tackles and 3.5 sacks across 2019 and 2020. In his junior season, Hall emerged as a star, recording 52 total tackles and 9 sacks on the year including 3 sacks of Bryce Young in the Iron Bowl against Alabama. Following his junior season, Hall was named a 2nd team All-SEC member. Defensive end (DE) is a defensive position in the sport of gridiron football. This position has designated the players at each end of the defensive line, but changes in formation (American football), formations over the years have substantially changed how the position is played. Mississippi State Bulldogs Football
The Mississippi State Bulldogs football program represents Mississippi State University in the sport of American football. The Alabama–Auburn football rivalry, better known as the Iron Bowl, is an American college football rivalry game between the Auburn University Tigers and University of Alabama Crimson Tide, both charter members of the Southeastern Conference (SEC) and both teams located in the state of Alabama.
