Deportivo Indonesia
Deportivo Indonesia was an association football club consisting of Indonesian under-19 and under-17 level players who were involved in a training program in Uruguay and playing in lower divisions of the Uruguayan football league system (Quarta and Quinta Division) for at least 6 years. The team was lauded as the future Indonesia national football team. The club were established in 2007 as Sociedad Anónima Deportiva Indonesia. Starting from the 2011 season, the club changed their name to Deportivo Indonesia. In December 2013, Deportivo Indonesia were dissolved as the contract between Bakrie Group with the Uruguayan Football Association expired. Sociedad anónima deportiva ("Public limited sports company") is a special type of public limited company in Spain. The new legal status was introduced in 1990http://www.csd.gob.es/csd/asociaciones/6SAD/ (Spanish) to improve financial management and transparency in sports clubs. Many Spanish Association football, football and basketball clubs add the suffix S.A.D. to the end of their official name, e.g. Atlético Madrid, Club Atlético de Madrid, S.A.D. Every club which plays in Segunda División or Liga ACB and remains in the league is obliged to convert to S.A.D. status. The Uruguayan football league system is a series of interconnected football leagues for clubs in Uruguay, and is organized by the Uruguayan Football Association at the national level. The Indonesia national football team ( id, Tim nasional sepak bola Indonesia) represents Indonesia in international association football. It was the first Asian team to participate in the FIFA World Cup, particularly in the 1938 edition as Dutch East Indies.
