Denton is an Australian hour-long live late night talk show and interview program hosted by the eponymous Andrew Denton. It aired on the Seven Network between 1994 and 1995. Regular guests included Amanda Keller and Bobcat Goldthwaite. Anthony Morgan had a recurring role as the roving Melbourne correspondent. Andrew Denton
Andrew Christopher Denton (born 4 May 1960) is an Australian television producer, comedian, Gold Logie-nominated television presenter and former radio host, and was the host of the ABC's weekly television interview program ''Enough Rope'' and the ABC game show '' Randling''. He is known for his comedy and interviewing technique. He is also responsible for introducing the troupe of ''The Chaser'' to Australian audiences. Early life Denton is the son of Kit Denton, writer and the author of the novel ''The Breaker'', about Australian soldier Breaker Morant. He went to Roseville Primary School in Sydney, before attending Blue Mountains Grammar School in Wentworth Falls. In 1977 he attended Guildford Grammar School in Perth. He then studied at Mitchell College of Advanced Education (MCAE) (now Charles Sturt University) in Bathurst, and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications in 1982. Amanda Rose Keller (born 25 February 1962) is an Australian television and radio presenter, comedian, writer, actress, journalist and media personality, best known as the hostess of the popular Australian lifestyle program ''The Living Room''. Keller also co-hosts ''Jonesy & Amanda'' with Brendan Jones on WSFM 101.7 and '' Dancing with the Stars'' with Grant Denyer on Network 10. Anthony Morgan is an Australian actor, writer and stand-up comedian. Morgan has performed his conversational stand-up style comedy across Australia as well as London, Manchester and twice at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Morgan began working in television in 1991 as a regular on ''The Big Gig'' and guest appearances on ''Hey Hey It's Saturday'' and ''Tonight Live with Steve Vizard''.
