Dena Higley
Dena Higley (born September 26, 1958) is an American writer, speaker and author. Early life and career Higley grew up in East County, San Diego and was the first of three children. She moved to Los Angeles as a teenager eventually graduating from the University of Southern California with a BFA in Theatre. Dena was previously the head writer of the daytime soap operas '' Days of Our Lives'' and '' One Life to Live''. In February 2015, ''Soap Opera Digest'' confirmed Higley's imminent return to ''Days of Our Lives'', this time alongside Josh Griffith. The pair begin writing for the series on February 16, 2015, with their material airing on August 19, 2015. Higley was fired again in January 2017; she was replaced by Ron Carlivati. Dena Tauriello is a New Jersey-based drummer, educator, and author. Early life Tauriello grew up in Montville, New Jersey and attended Montville Township High School, where she played softball and earned 11 varsity letters. After seeing Karen Carpenter play the drums during a live performance, she was able to meet with her. This meeting inspired her to begin playing drums. She took drum lessons as a child, and continued taking private lessons for 8 years. Dena replaced Kristen Henderson (guitar/bass), who originally played drums in the band before taking up guitar. Dena was the only drummer to audition for the band in 1998, having less than 24 hours to prepare. She joined the band a short time after her audition. Dena Schlosser ( Leitner, born 1969) is an American woman who lived in Plano, Texas, who, on November 22, 2004, used a knife to amputate the arms of her eleven-month-old daughter, Margaret, who died as a result. Plano police responded to a 9-1-1 call made by concerned workers at a local daycare center who had spoken to her earlier that day. The operator testified that she confessed to her and that the gospel song " He Touched Me" played in the background. When police arrived they saw her calmly sitting down, covered in blood, holding the knife, and singing Christian hymns. Hours after her arrest, police heard her repeatedly chanting, "Thank you, Jesus. Thank you, Lord." Early years At the age of eight, Dena Leitner was diagnosed with hydrocephalus. Dena Landon (born November 18, 1977), is a children's fiction fantasy writer, who wrote ''Shapeshifter's Quest'' in 2005. She is currently working on a new novel, as well as a Shapeshifter sequel. Life Raised in Seattle, Washington, Dena Landon took to reading and English classes from an early age. In 1991 her parents divorced and she moved to Bellevue. After graduating from high school in 1996, Dena moved to Boston, where she attended Gordon College. Mount Dena, with length and average width, is situated on the boundary of the Isfahan, Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad and Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Provinces of Iran. Mount Dena has more than 40 peaks higher than . With an elevation of 4,409 metres above sea level, Qash-Mastan is the highest peak in the Dena Range and in the Zagros Mountains in general. Another known peak in this range is Hose-Daal close to the city of Sisakht, to the north of Yasuj. Annual precipitation in Mount Dena ranges from and various rivers including a branch of the Karun rise in this range. Dena Head (born August 16, 1970) is an American retired women's basketball player. She is best remembered as the first player drafted in the Women's National Basketball Association (WNBA). High school years At Salem high school in Canton, Michigan, Head was named Miss Basketball of Michigan. She won two National Championships and was an All-American. Dena played for Coach Fred Thomann, a former Michigan State University standout. College years Head attended the University of Tennessee and earned a degree in sports management.
