''Delirio'' is a 1944 Argentine comedy film, the directorial debut of actor and director Arturo García Buhr. It was adapted from the play "Una Viuda Dificil", which was performed at the Segunda Premio Nacional de Teatro. The film was produced by Lumiton Studios. The film stars Irma Córdoba, Rosa Rosen and Iris Portillo. Arturo García Buhr (16 December 1905 – 4 October 1995) was an Argentine actor and film director. He appeared in 30 films between 1933 and 1985. He starred in the film '' The Party Is Over'', which was entered into the 10th Berlin International Film Festival. At the 1943 Argentine Film Critics Association Awards, Buhr won the Silver Condor Award for Best Actor for his performance in ''The Kids Grow Up'' (''Los chicos crecen'') (1942). Roberto Fugazot (1902–1971) was a Uruguayan tango singer and film actor.Finkielman p.115 Fugazot appeared in eighteen films including '' Savage Pampas'' (1945). Tilda Thamar (born Matilde Sofía Margarita Abrecht; 7 December 1921 – 12 April 1989) was an Argentine actor. She was born in Entre Rios Province, Argentina, in 1921. She was married to Spanish portrait painter Alejo Vidal-Quadras and divorced in 1971. Thamar and Vidal-Quadras lived in Paris, France. Thamar was killed in a car accident in Clermont-en-Argonne, Meuse, in the Lorraine region of France in 1989.
