Def Leppard Discography
The English rock band Def Leppard have released twelve studio albums, two live albums, four compilation albums, and three extended plays. Def Leppard was formed in 1977 by vocalist Joe Elliott, bass player Rick "Sav" Savage, guitarist Pete Willis, and drummer Tony Kenning. They later released the EP '' The Def Leppard E.P.'' in 1979. The band signed with Mercury Records and released their debut full-length album ''On Through the Night''. The band's follow up was ''High 'n' Dry'', which reached number 26 in the UK and was certified platinum two times in the United States. Their next album, titled ''Pyromania'', would be their big breakthrough album and would later sell more than 10 million copies in the United States alone. Def Leppard
Def Leppard are an English rock band formed in 1976 in Sheffield. Since 1992, the band has consisted of Rick Savage (bass, backing vocals), Joe Elliott (lead vocals), Rick Allen (drums, backing vocals), Phil Collen (guitar, backing vocals), and Vivian Campbell (guitar, backing vocals). They established themselves as part of the new wave of British heavy metal movement of the early 1980s. The band's greatest commercial success came between the early 1980s and the early 1990s. Their first album, 1980's ''On Through the Night'', reached the Top 15 in the UK but received little notice elsewhere. Make Love Like A Man
"Make Love Like a Man" is a 1992 single by English hard rock band Def Leppard from their multi-platinum album ''Adrenalize''. The song reached No. 3 on the Album Rock Tracks chart and No. 36 on the ''Billboard'' Hot 100 chart in the United States. Background In a Joe Elliott statement on the ''Vault'' compilation album, he stated that this song was not about Def Leppard trying to be "MACHO", and were just trying to be funny about the content of this song. The statement only appears on the UK version of ''Vault'', as the track is not included on the American version. Elliott made a similar note in the album booklet for the later ''Best Of'' compilation, joking that "everyone thought we were turning into Manowar" and explaining that the band had come to terms with the then-recent death of guitarist Steve Clark on the album track "White Lightning" and wanted to have a lighter song on the album. The Kinks

Thin Lizzy
Thin Lizzy are an Irish hard rock band formed in Dublin in 1969. Their music reflects a wide range of influences, including blues, soul music, psychedelic rock and traditional Irish folk music, but is generally classified as hard rock or sometimes heavy metal. Two of the founding members, drummer Brian Downey and bass guitarist, lead vocalist and principal songwriter Phil Lynott, met while still in school. Lynott led the group throughout their recording career of twelve studio albums, writing most of the material. ''X'' (pronounced ''ten'') is the eighth studio album by English rock band Def Leppard, released on 30 July 2002 by Island Records in the US and sister label Mercury worldwide. Much like 1996's ''Slang'', it featured another departure from their signature sound by moving into the pop genre. The album charted at No. 11 on The Billboard 200 and No. 14 on the UK Albums Chart. Most of the album was produced by Pete Woodroffe and the band, with remaining tracks produced by either Marti Frederiksen or Per Aldeheim and Andreas Carlsson. Background This is the first Def Leppard album in which drummer Rick Allen actively took part in song-writing. On all of the band's prior albums, he is only credited with helping co-write three tracks. On this album alone, he co-wrote eleven.
