''Deep Conversation'' is the fourth studio album by Vallejo, California rapper, Celly Cel. The album was released in 2000 for Realside Records and was produced by Celly Cel and Bosko. The album was not a commercial success, only making it to #94 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop album chart, however the album spawned two singles, "The Return of the Real Niggaz" and "Which One Is U?". Celly Cel
Marcellus James McCarver, better known by his stage name Celly Cel, is an American rapper from Vallejo, California. He released his first single, "Lifestyle of a Mack", on his independent record label Realside Records in 1992. He released his debut studio album, '' Heat 4 Yo Azz'', in 1994, and released a second album, ''Killa Kali'', two years later. In 1996, he appeared on the Red Hot Organization's compilation CD, America is Dying Slowly, alongside Biz Markie, Wu-Tang Clan, and Fat Joe, among many other prominent hip hop artists. The CD, meant to raise awareness of the AIDS epidemic among African American men, was heralded as "a masterpiece" by The Source magazine. Gangsta Rap
Gangsta rap or gangster rap, initially called reality rap, emerged in the mid- to late 1980s as a controversial hip-hop subgenre whose lyrics assert the culture and values typical of American street gangs and street hustlers. Many gangsta rappers flaunt associations with real street gangs, like the Crips and Bloods. Hardcore Rap
Hardcore hip hop (also hardcore rap) is a genre of hip hop music that developed through the East Coast hip hop scene in the 1980s. Pioneered by such artists as Run-DMC, Schoolly D, Boogie Down Productions and Public Enemy, it is generally characterized by anger, aggression and confrontation.
