According to aid workers and the Tigray People's Liberation Front, between 56 and 59 people were killed and at least 30 others were injured. Most of the victims were reported to have been hiding in a camp set up inside a school at the time of the attack. The Bayraktar TB2 is a medium-altitude long-endurance (MALE) unmanned combat aerial vehicle (UCAV) capable of remotely controlled or autonomous flight operations.
