"Decline" is a song by English-Swiss singer and songwriter Raye featuring Nigerian singer and songwriter Mr Eazi, released 3 November 2017, as the lead single from the formers third EP, ''Side Tape''. The song samples and interpolates the 2002 single "Always on Time" by Ja Rule featuring Ashanti. Raye promoted "Decline" through live performances at the events, as Capital's 2018 Summertime Ball, 2018 Wireless Festival, and also Rita Ora's The Girls Tour as the supporting act. Its official music video premiered on 20 November 2017 on singer's official VEVO channel. Rachel Agatha Keen, (born 24 October 1997) known professionally as Raye (stylised in all caps), is a British singer and songwriter. In 2016, she rose to prominence by featuring on the singles; " By Your Side" by Jonas Blue and " You Don't Know Me" by Jax Jones, the latter peaking at number three on the UK Singles Chart and both being certified platinum or higher by the BPI. Raye was short-listed for the BBC Music Sound of... award for 2017 and was named in third place. Her debut mini-album, ''Euphoric Sad Songs'' was released in November 2020 and spawned in the UK top-10 single "Secrets". In July 2021, Raye parted ways with her record label Polydor Records. The Irish Recorded Music Association (IRMA) is a non-profit association set up in 1999 to promote certain interests of the music industry in Ireland. Ramone Rochester (born 18 February 1997), known professionally as Ramz, is a British rapper and singer and songwriter from London. He is best known for his hit single "Barking", which peaked at number two on the UK Singles Chart in January 2018. Early life Rochester was born 18 February 1997 in Mitcham, South London. He attended St Mark's Academy, where he was excluded several times in secondary school, and then attended Harris Academy Merton sixth form.
