Declan Coulter
Declan Coulter (born 1987/8) is a hurler. He plays for Setanta, the Donegal county team and the Ireland national team. Coulter previously played for Cuchulainn's and the Armagh county team. Playing career Coulter made his inter-county debut for Armagh at the age of 17 in 2005. He won his first Nicky Rackard Cup in 2010. He won his second Nicky Rackard Cup with Armagh in 2012, scoring 2–2 in the final against Louth. He continued to play for Armagh until 2016. Following a move to Donegal, Coulter began playing for Setanta with whom he won a Donegal Senior Hurling Championship and an Ulster Junior Club Hurling Championship in 2017, scoring 1–6 in the Ulster JCHC final against Na Magha. He won his second Donegal SHC in 2019, scoring 1–2 (including 1 free) in the final. Coulter began playing for Donegal in 2017. Setanta Hurling Club (Donegal)
Setanta Hurling Club is a Gaelic Athletic Association club located near Killygordon, County Donegal, Ireland. The club is solely concerned with the game of hurling. It currently competes in the Donegal SHC. History Setanta won its first Donegal SHC title in 1973. Since then, it has won a total of 17 club titles, including a six-in-a-row between 1983 and 1988. 2018 Nicky Rackard Cup
The 2018 Nicky Rackard Cup was the 14th staging of the Nicky Rackard Cup hurling championship since its establishment by the Gaelic Athletic Association in 2005. It was the fourth tier of senior inter-county hurling as of 2018. The competition began on Saturday 12 May 2018 and ended on Saturday 23 June 2018. Derry were the 2017 champions, beating Armagh in the final. Both teams were promoted to the 2018 Christy Ring Cup as a result of the restructuring of the All-Ireland Senior Hurling Championship. Following the withdrawal of the Fingal team from the competition in 2017, there was no relegation from the 2017 competition and Warwickshire were promoted from the 2017 Lory Meagher Cup. River Finn (County Donegal)
The River Finn ( ga, Abhainn na Finne) is a river in the Republic of Ireland that passes through County Donegal and County Tyrone in Northern Ireland. From Lough Finn, the river goes to Ballybofey and Stranorlar before joining the River Mourne. The Monellan Burn, also known as the Creamery Burn, flows into the River Finn very near a hamlet called The Cross, not far from the former site of Monellan Castle, just outside Killygordon. From Castlefin downstream, the river is tidal, becoming deeper towards Strabane. The Finn is long and together with its tributary the Reelin River, drains a catchment area of 195 square miles. The River Foyle is formed by the confluence of the River Mourne and the River Finn, west of Lifford Bridge. The area which the River Finn flows through is called the Finn Valley. Liam MacCarthy Cup
The Liam MacCarthy Cup is a trophy awarded annually by the Gaelic Athletic Association (GAA) to the team that wins the All-Ireland Senior Hurling Championship, the main competition in the prehistoric sport of hurling. Based on the design of a medieval drinking vessel, the trophy was first awarded in 1923 to the winners of the (delayed) 1921 All-Ireland Senior Hurling Championship Final. The original 1920s trophy was retired in the 1990s, with a new identical trophy awarded annually since 1992. The original trophy is on permanent display in the GAA Museum at Croke Park in Dublin. The GAA organises the series of games, which are played during the summer months. Graeme Mulcahy
Graeme Mulcahy (born 2 June 1990) is an Irish hurler who plays as a left corner-forward for club side Kilmallock and at inter-county level with the Limerick senior hurling team. Playing career Kilmallock Mulcahy joined the Kilmallock club at a young age and played in all grades at juvenile and underage levels, enjoying championship success in the minor and under-21 grades. He made his senior championship debut as a seventeen-year-old during the 2007 championship. On 3 October 2010, Mulcahy lined out in his first Limerick Senior Championship final. Séamus Harnedy (born 17 July 1990) is an Irish hurler who plays for East Cork Championship club St Ita's, divisional side Imokilly and at inter-county level with the Cork senior hurling team. He usually lines out as a centre-forward. Playing career University College Cork During his tenure at University College Cork, Harnedy played a key role for the university's various hurling teams. In 2010 he was at corner-forward when UCC faced fierce local rivals and three-in-a-row Cork Institute of Technology in the final of the All-Ireland Freshers Championship. UCC went on to secure a 3-8 to 1-7 victory, giving Harnedy a winners' medal.
